Lume & Co. provides professional photo booth rentals and event-related services across the Greater Toronto Area, Kitchener, and Waterloo, Ontario. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

3. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

Bookings may be made through the Site or by contacting us directly.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe, a third-party payment service. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Deposits may be required to confirm your booking and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.
Cancellations must be made in accordance with our written cancellation policy, available upon request or at time of booking.

4. Media Consent & Event Content

By booking with Lume & Co., you grant us the right to capture, use, and share photos, videos, or other media taken at your event for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on our website, social media, marketing materials, and advertisements. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing before your event.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including images, branding, layout, and text—is the property of Lume & Co. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify any part without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver professional service and a smooth event experience. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Lume & Co. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Site or services.
